1. Finland and Germany were not allies.
True: although there was not a formal Alliance between countries, the Finns and the Germans provided joint military operations. The German forces were present on the Finnish territory and there was a large military cooperation between 2 countries especially on the Baltic Sea.
2. The Finns didn't take part in the Siege of Leningrad
True: the Finns blocked the city from North.
3. The Finns only retook the territory that they had lost in Winter War and stopped on the old border.
True: The Finns crossed the old border almost everywhere in Karelia and were stopped by the Red Army and the so-called Karelian Fortified Region.
